    2 scoops of sunwarrior vegan protien all natural w/ bananna and whole milk with natural penut butter (or healthy weight gainer)

    1/2 cups grits with (made with cup of milk)

    multivitamin
    flameout fishoil
    essentail fatty acid supplement (if i dont have natural penut butter)
    branched chained amino acids
    and a shitload of other supplements

    average healthy breakfast better than pancakes and muscle building meal

    I always eat at least 4-5 small snacks a day. I start with high fiber cereal/topped with blueberries/1cup of skim milk, a glass of water/chai/green tea, and something green! For lunch I eat some low sugar/low fat yogurt and a piece of fruit (usually an apple or orange). For dinner I’ll make either a chicken/fish/ turkey dish with lots of herbs with some yummy veggies!

    i skip break fast but i manage to be able to stay up all night with out coffee (but most of the time if im tired i drink coffee) and i looked this up because i want to start eating break fast (but im nvr hungry in the morning and i wake up at 2 pm) soooo yaaaa lol

    My usual breakfast would be Instant Quaker Oats where I just need to pour boiling water on it and voila,an energy breakfast.I usually top the oats with some Sun Maid raisins as well.
    But my concern would the raisins provide too much sugar?And also,the Quaker Oats is very starchy compared to other oats and was wondering if it’s ok to continue my current breakfast menu.
