well, if you cant decide, most restaurants now cater to the dieting crowd. All your friend needs to do is order something that is healthy lol A diner would also work b/c they serve all sorts of stuff, sandwiches and wraps. I feel like more and more restaurants are jumping on the "healthy" bandwagon now. and fridays has the chicken broccoli cheese peppers dish very good and healthy
red lobster having grilled seasoned shrimp and steamed veges is good with a salad yum
